Wedding of S&N – Travel-Inspired Styling
On May 27, 2023, I had the pleasure of imagining and creating the scenography for S&N’s wedding at La Maison du Fleuve — a charming venue along the Garonne river. The couple dreamed of a theme that reflected who they are: travel — the kind that connects memories, emotions, and encounters. My goal was clear: to create a setting that inspired escape, discovery, and told their unique story.
From the moment guests arrived, the tone was set with a creative seating chart shaped like a world map, displayed on a wooden pallet and accompanied by stacked vintage suitcases — ready for an imaginary world tour. Each table was named after a destination and decorated with hand-picked treasures: globes, old books, miniature airplanes, and colorful accents. A warm scenography, rich in meaning, designed to make guests feel like they were traveling without ever leaving the room.
Inside the reception hall, I created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, blending natural materials, earthy and pastel tones, and soft lighting that highlighted each decor detail. The goal: a convivial, slightly boho ambiance that felt deeply personal.
What do I remember most from this day? So many smiles, deep connection between the couple and their loved ones, and the pride of helping make their wedding truly one-of-a-kind. A successful scenography is one that echoes the couple’s story — and invites their guests to step right into it.
